Pricing questions

The four we are asked every time

What counts as a managed asset?: Any active record you are tracking: a laptop, a monitor, a phone, a server, a network switch or a software license seat. Assets you have retired or disposed of stay in your history at no charge and do not count toward the limit.
What happens if we go over the asset limit?: Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You keep adding assets and we flag the overage in your workspace, then move you to the next plan at the start of the following billing period. There is no per asset penalty charge.
Do read only viewers cost anything?: No. Managers, finance colleagues and auditors who only need to look at the register or pull a report are free and unlimited on every plan. You only pay for admin seats, which are the people creating and editing records.
Is there a setup or migration fee?: No. Import, field mapping and directory connection are included on every plan. Scale customers also get a named onboarding contact and a written rollout plan at no extra cost.
